Feel out of place at the workplace

Between 8.30am to 6pm, I feel isolated and stuck between two worlds.

Not friendly? I am just a Shy Introvert

Please ..

• Don't talk loudly.  I feel embarrass.
• Don't do small talk about irrelevant topics.
• Don't expect me to have as much conversation as you.
• Don't make eye contact with me. I am very shy even if I know you.
• Don't make me feel trap in awkward conversation.
• Don't force, pressure me to do something which obviously not in my comfort zone.  

Please ...

• Do approach me first.
• Do not use a loud frenzied voices. I am quiet a shy person.  I appreciate someone who talk quietly and in a gently manner.  
• Do make minimal eye contact. I feel uncomfortable.  The less you do an eye contact, the more likely I'll speak nicely with you.
